Ridgeview is known for local family-owned businesses, its legendary high school football team, and a vibrant culture centered around church and school.

Decades of underinvestment in Ridgeview and surrounding areas resulted in declining homeownership trends, skyrocketing rents, and increased neighborhood instability. For too many of our neighbors, the door to living in a safe and affordable home of their own was closing.
