Habitat for Humanity of Catawba Valley, an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, is a non-profit, Christian based community organization dedicated to building, renovating and repairing safe, decent and affordable housing for low-income families in our community. Homeownership Support Coordinator

Habitat is hiring! Want to put your experience in the housing community to the test? Habitat Catawba Valley’s Homeownership Support Coordinator position might be for you! The Homeownership Support Coordinator is responsible for educating and supporting homebuyers by monitoring partnership commitments, providing financial coaching, and preparing them for successful homeownership. This role also supports existing Habitat homeowners by managing delinquencies and escrow issues in collaboration with Affiliate Mortgage Services. Additionally, the coordinator engages with Habitat neighborhood groups and contributes to the affiliate’s Neighborhood Revitalization programs.
