Where We Build PDF Print E-mail

Habitat for Humanity of Catawba Valley builds homes solely in Catawba County.  The majority of homes are built in the City of Hickory, but we have also built neighborhoods in Newton and Conover.  To find other Habitat affiliates, click here.

There are many factors involved in deciding where the next Habitat neighborhood will be built, and it is usually determined by the affordability and size of the land Habitat purchases.

We have neighborhoods within Hickory in Ridgeview, Eastridge, Highland, and Kenworth.

Habitat is currently finishing the last of 35 homes in our Blue Sky Acres neighborhood, off of Robinson Road.  In summer of 2012, we will be starting the Glen at Green Park, a new neighborhood in the Green Park area of HIckory. For directions click here
